A deposit of 50% must be paid to secure the booking.

Booking requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the requested time, inability to do so will result in a late notice fee amounting to 10% of the total booking.

Gear requests, additional setup, and all other pertinent information must be communicated at the time of booking. Additional setup may result in a service fee. 

Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours notice.

• Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit or free rescheduling. 

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled sessions will receive a 50% refund of their deposit.

• In the event of a “no call, no show”, we will not refund the deposit.

You must bring your own drive. The studio is not responsible for your files.
